An international legal professional and human rights advocate from Pallisa District in Uganda, now based in Tasmania, he brings extensive experience across public service, international organisations and academic research. His work spans multiple jurisdictions, operating at the intersection of legal practice, human rights, international law, governance and sustainable development.
He has been professionally engaged in constitutional and civil liberties issues within complex and politically sensitive environments, demonstrating integrity and resilience in his approach. He was recognised in Uganda as one of the country’s Top 40 Under 40 in the field of law and philanthropy.
Alongside his professional work, his philanthropic focus centres on improving access to justice, strengthening institutions and using the law as a practical tool to advance social equity and deliver long-term community impact.
